To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Operations the Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels to support production demand.
• Oversee assembly operations to ensure alignment with corporate KOIs.
• Supervise production personnel, ensuring adherence to work methods and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with other departments and Flex sites to drive operational excellence.
• Establish and manage policies and practices for procurement, production, and engineering services.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Present weekly operational reports to Senior Management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the Operations team.
• Leverage industry best practices to optimize internal systems and processes.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS as an industrial engineer mechatronic, engineer, or similar.
• Experience in a similar position in electronic, automotive, or metal mechanic industry.
• Project administration and technical support experience.
• Advanced English skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Permanent night-shift availability required.
• Microsoft Office, some ERP (BAAN, FlexFlow), Minitab tools.
• Knowledge in SMT processes and functional testing.
• BOM management experience.
• Knowledge of PVA, 5S compliance of your team, work orders.
