Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Reporting to the Industrial Operations Process Engineer, the PCBA Process Engineer role involves plans, directs, and controls all manufacturing activities within the company, coordinates operating activities on assigned SMT& PTH lines so that approved products are manufactured on schedule with quality standards and cost goals, additional duties involve the procedure to lean manufacturing applied to the production lines and other manufacturing hold up activities. In addition the generation and application SGA,s to improve the lines efficiencies and eliminate product quality risk.

What a typical day looks like:

• Knowledge in local and regional applications such as Agile, Flex Flow, LS Report, Roma, production, efficiency reports.
• Knowledge in taking, interpreting, designing both reflow and wave welder thermal profiles.
• Knowledge of paste and solder alloy printer.
• Knowledge and application of SMT and PTH technologies, as well as line balancing.
• Teamwork and schedule availability.
• PC management and Office packages.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Electronic engineering or similar.
• Conversational English.
• Junior experience on SMT and PTH technologies.
• Excellent use of the office package.
• Experience on thermal profiles.
• Experience on solder alloys.
• IPC 610 certified.
• Experience on screen printer and reflow oven.
• Experience on Flex QDMS.
• Use and development of work instructions.
