To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process engineer located in Guadalajara North

Reporting to the Process engineer the Process engineer is responsible for Leads manufacturing process optimization and provides technical support to resolve complex operational challenges, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Manages projects and drives continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide specialized technical support to resolve complex operational issues.
• Manage projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are successfully achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all processes and operations.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and/or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as smart torque systems, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, poka-yoke, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with suppliers and vendor management.
