To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer  located in Suzhou Wuzhong site.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer  role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 编制与优化装配工艺文件、作业指导书、检验标准，推进装配标准化、良率、效率提升
• 处理装配过程中的异常问题，如拧紧报警，AOI一次通过率不合格；
• 处理客户Bom和厂内Bom转换并系统发行；客户ECO工程变更评审；
• 完成质量日报和项目周报；

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 全日制大专及以上学历
• 3年以上组装工艺工程师工作经验
• 组装制程工艺工程师，不需要NPI新产品导入工程师（工作年限5年以上，有部分新产品导入的可以接受）
• 熟悉螺丝机，AOI/CCD，选焊，倍速链等自动化设备；
• 熟悉拧紧曲线，光学检测优化，IPC610，选焊工艺优化；激光清洗和激光焊非必须，有经验者优先；
• 技能：能够熟练使用3D软件，不要求3D编辑功能；基础数据分析，Mini-tab 熟练使用；有独立攥写8D报告中D4-D7的能力；会编写PFMEA；
• 必须能配合工作需要，随时积极响应工作需求；
