To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Specialist - Night Shift located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Reporting to the Associate Production Supervisor, the Production Specialist - Night Shift involves being responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production area.
Hours: 6:00 pm -6:00 am (Rotating shift)
What a typical day looks like:
- Develops and improves assembly processes, ensuring they meet specifications and reduce inefficiencies.
- Drives resolution of production schedules and process-related issues.
- Assists in compliance with safety regulations (e.g., ISO) and provides production-ready documentation (MPIs).
- Monitors equipment performance, makes minor adjustments, and performs maintenance under supervision.
- Supports operators with questions, conducts quality spot checks, and collaborates on process and equipment upgrades.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of machine troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of assembly requirements.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; medical device experience preferred
