To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

The Program Management manager oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. This role will be particularly focused on NPI, achieving high levels of results. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance. 

What a typical day looks like:

• Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
• Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment. 

• Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables. 

• Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives. 

• Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment. 

• Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. 

• Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
• Product design reviews, changes, and adjustments in the product.
• Release to mass production.
• Engineering changes.
• Participating in lean initiatives.
• Achieve high customer service/satisfaction level.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong experience in similar position with robust experience on new product introduction.
• Background on engineering roles; SMT, NPI will be appreciated as base knowledge.
• Advanced English level is required
• ERP system knowledge.
• Strong strategic customer interaction managing and solving complex situations.
• Robust leadership skills.
