Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Program Manager located in Changsha.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Work with GAM team or Customers to find more new business & relationship management for Changsha.
  • Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets
  • Develop additional business form current customer
  • Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Manage assigned programs as site account owner and lead of CFT team.
  • Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. - Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
  • Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • More than 8 years' experience in program management.
  • Good English and Chinese communication ability
  • Demonstrates advanced program management, operations, and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management.
  • Quick learner, good communication skills and can work under pressure
