What a typical day looks like:

• 对制定的月度，季度、年度销售订单预测及承诺负责。（关联公司、直接客户）
• 通过调研公司全球模具业务需求及业务布局，建立现有客户与潜在客户关系网络，识别公司内外部关键相关方及核心联系人。定期与客户、采购团队及关联公司开展业务沟通、项目拜访及技术交流，持续挖掘潜在模具项目机会，提升客户合作关系及业务粘性。
• 与本公司珠海模具中心报价团队紧密协作，主导客户模具RFQ报价方案制定。通过客户拜访、电话会议、技术澄清及方案讨论，深入了解客户项目需求、痛点及竞争情况，并将获取的信息有效应用于报价及商务策略制定，提高模具订单赢标率。
• 主动跟进客户RFQ进展，建立RFQ项目跟踪清单。根据客户竞标计划及时掌握项目进度、回收竞标结果，并在项目竞标过程中持续推动客户沟通及内部配合，促进RFQ逐步转化为正式订单。
• 在RFQ阶段，联合设计、工艺、项目、采购及制造团队，根据客户需求制定具有竞争力的技术、成本、交付及报价方案。针对客户技术要求或商务条件变化，快速协调内部资源并输出可供客户选择的优化方案。
• 建立并维护RFQ需求及Pipeline管理机制，定期整理项目机会清单、业务流量及转化状态，并按周、月输出分析报告向管理层汇报。对Pipeline 数据的及时性，准确性负责。
• 建立月度、季度及年度模具订单赢标率跟踪机制，定期分析RFQ转化情况、业务增长趋势及重点项目表现，为管理层提供数据支持及改善建议。对承诺的赢标率负责。
• 在项目收尾阶段，组织项目、采购、设计及加工团队对报价成本与实际成本进行复盘分析，总结项目经验与问题点，持续优化未来项目报价策略、成本控制及交付能力，提高后续项目竞争力。
• 作为公司内部模具订单审批监管窗口，根据公司供应链垂直整合策略相关要求，对全球模具采购需求（Tooling PR/PO）进行线上审核，确保采购流程及业务执行符合公司合规要求。
• 配合模具业务总监完成其他临时安排的业务管理及市场拓展相关工作

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学历，注塑模具设计、机械制造及工商管理专业
• 至少5年及以上注塑模具相关设计、制造、项目管理管理经验
• 掌握模具结构、制造工艺、开发流程的要素并能够熟练运用这些技能在业务开发工作中。
• 具备良好的模具成本结构分析、定价、报价能力（成本构成、工艺影响等）
• 熟悉注塑模具产品/结构图及对应工程规范
• 良好的数据洞察力，理解和分析能力。能够熟练运用Excel电子制表完成模具成本数据透视，相关历史数据回归分析，建立适应于当前项目的定价模型。
• 精通英语，能够进行日常工作沟通（邮件+会议）。英语听说能力需要具备在电话会议中与海外客户，同事及其他相关方独立进行商务沟通的能力。
• 良好的客户沟通能力；强执行力及项目跟踪能力
• 合作精神，跨部门协调能力(报价、项目、设计、采购、工艺跨部门沟通）
• 具备一定项目意识和风险预判能力
