To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Specialist located in Budapest, Hungary.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Project Specialist role involves contributing to customer satisfaction and participate in feedback collection and reviews and corrective actions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to project team.
• Coordinates activities of the team and required support areas to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Assist in the management of mid-scale projects.
• Reviews status reports prepared by team personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares program reports and presentations for Program Manager, management, client or others.
• Confers with the project team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• At least 1-3 years of experience in supply chain/customer service
• Fluent Hungarian and excellent English language knowledge is a must
• Good MS Office, customer relationship, and presentational skills
• Experience with medical processes/products is considered as a plus
