To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Compliance Supervisor located in Flex Dongguan.

Reporting to the QA Manager, the Quality Compliance Supervisor role involves below job responsibilities.  

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead the plan, execution and follow up for Quality Management System maintenance and continuously improvement driving (Level 1~4 procedure and documents), to meet business needs for both internally and externally requirements.
• Lead the regular internal audit, management review and external audits, to meet ISO and international standards compliance requirement and related certificates renew as valid, including ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, QC080000, ESD S20.20.
• DCC (Document Control and record retention) management.
• HSF (RoHS & HF) documentation and test reports regular collection and review.
• FCCP custom BOM maintenance management.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree
• Mininum 3 year work experiences of QMS(Quality Management System)
• Good English with writing/reading/Listening/speaking
• Familiar for product environment(ROHS&HF) control and US/EU/CN etc requirements
• Good communication/understanding ability
