Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

We are looking for a new Security Manager employee to be based in Tczew, Poland

Summary: 

In this role, you will be managing and guiding the implementation of activities related to the efficient management of safety and security programs, including assessing and mitigating risks, maintaining continuity and resilience of operations, and safeguarding of personnel, Flex and customer assets, all while ensuring these meet company and government standards and regulations 

What a typical day looks like:

  • Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement enhancements to strengthen both physical and procedural security measures.
  • Lead investigations into theft, in-transit losses, workplace violence, and other incidents that could adversely affect business operations, assets, or personnel.
  • Manage and oversee contracted security service providers, ensuring KPI achievement, regulatory compliance, and the consistent delivery of high-quality security performance.
  • Monitor local and regional risk environments, including criminal activity, terrorism, natural disasters, and civil unrest, to proactively mitigate threats and enhance organisational resilience through crisis management planning and training.
  • Perform compliance and customer audits to verify adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and certification obligations.
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to promote a strong security culture and drive continuous improvement across the business.

The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Security Manager, Corporate Security, Risk Management, Compliance, or Loss Prevention role.
  • Experience in managing/advising physical security operations, including guarding services, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct security risk assessments, threat analysis, investigations, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Experience managing outsourced security providers / 3PL contracts, service levels, and KPI performance.
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, crisis management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness.
  • Experience in supply chain security standards and security management systems (TAPA FSR/TSR, ISO 28000, ISO 27001, AEO or equivalent standards would be an advantage).
  • Experience working in multinational manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, drive security awareness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland
