Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Manager IT (Logistic Execution Solutions) located in Tczew or Łódź, Poland.

Reporting to the Senior IT Director, the Senior Manager IT role involves coordinating and supervising Solution Management staff members for globally used WMS in Flex (atlasPRIME).

What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinating and supervising multi-national Solution Management staff members for globally used WMS in Flex (atlasPRIME)
  • Building long-term relationships with our internal and external customers on WMS related topics
  • Overseeing and specifying timeframes for major atlasPRIME onboardings and upgrade projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
  • Working with implementation teams and consultants to ensure appropriate and on-time delivery of the projects
  • Coordinating decisions on system architecture to enable sustainable solutions delivery
  • Researching and recommending new features to be added to the software
  • Tracking and driving new features delivery of features and functions to WMS software
  • Analyzing business requirements and providing proposals on how to optimize processes with best practices
  • Ensuring that all delivered solutions comply with the system integrity
  • Ensuring the stability of the global application environment
  • Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time
  • Working closely with Development Leads and Developers to comply with high software quality standards
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Proven record in managing a team
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication (facilitation skills and very mature communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels in the organization)
  • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual of delivering results off goals and objectives set either internally or external
  • Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • High standards in work organization
  • Hands-on person, pro-active, and dynamic
  • Willingness to perform additional activities outside own area of expertise
  • Self-directed, well organized, and able to multi-task
  • Readiness to travel (up to max. 25%)
  • Appreciation of Lean management rules and how they can impact positively the business development cycle
  • Eligibility to work in EU

Optional experience:

  • Knowledge of warehousing and/or TMS (Transport Management Systems) processes
  • Experience of working in Supply Chain area
  • Experience in leading Project implementation
