To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Management leader with a strong foundation in data analytics and financial management to drive strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution
• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs
• Own project financials include:
  • Budget planning and forecasting
  • Cost tracking and variance analysis
• Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects
• Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics
• Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
• Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
• Strong background in financial analysis within project environments
• Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios
• Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
• Also, a plus:
• PMP, PMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience in manufacturing, NPI, or operations environments
