To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Quality Engineer located in Zhuhai.

What a typical day looks like:

• As the customer interfaces to smooth quality related issues, including 8D reports response, customer requirement implementation, reliability test performance etc;
• As the internal interfaces to drive internal cross functions( process engineering, program, test engineering, operation, and so on) to compose 8D and implement corrective actions.
• As the quality engineer role to define produce inspection standard per product, to covert customer standard into internal procedure for fulfillment;
• As the quality engineer to to coornaite raw material quality issue soliving with SQE, to handle process quality issue with risk-based policy, to adjust OBA standard for shipment  as quality role;
• As the quality engineer to ensure process is comply with QMS or and laws and regulations to support factory kinds of audit, including customer audit, the 3rd party audit;
• As the quality engineer to draft PPAP with cross functions ( process engineering, program, test engineering, operation, and so on);
• As the quality engineer to buyoff production line ahead of saft launch, take lead the quality related cases from NPI till MP; draft the yield performance to customer and internal, drive NPI quality issue solve to smooth MP;
• As the quality engineer to manage QA inspector tasks, including OBA operator, PQC auditor etc.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Strong Industrial Technical Specification knowledge is preferred
• ISO9001 concept, ISO auditor with certification of internal auditor ISO9000 is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Faimiler with quality tools and 5 core tools, especially PPAP and SPC;
• Minimum 5 years experience on medical quality supervisor or engineering position
• Proficient and knowledgeable in PCBA or BOX Build knowledge
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong leadership skills
• Preferring experience in acoustic product: hair products, beauty salon products, health products.
