Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Senior Subject Matter Expert- Supply Chain Solution position will be based in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like: 

• Own and drive end-to-end LVC solution (Load vs Commit) ensuring alignment between demand signals and supply commitments.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve variance between loaded demand and committed supply, improving planning accuracy and decision-making.
• Define and maintain business rules, validation logic, and KPIs for LVC reporting across systems.
• Lead LVC automation initiatives (weekly reports, validation processes, exception tracking) to eliminate manual dependency.
• Enhance LVC reporting through MSTR/Tableau dashboards, enabling real-time visibility into performance and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement in LVC coverage, adoption, and data reliability across global stakeholders.

Front Loading Demand Optimization

• Analyze and manage front loading behavior in demand planning, identifying early loading patterns that impact inventory and liability.

MDSS & Finance Integration

• Lead integration between Material Decision Support System (MDSS) and Finance systems (FDSS, OST, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Ensure data alignment across financial and supply chain datasets (MCOS, rollover, dimensional mapping, liabilities).
• Drive implementation of automated data pipelines and validation frameworks to reconcile MDSS vs Finance outputs.
• Support critical initiatives such as:
  • Rollover automation & reconciliation
  • Best MCOS alignment
  • Dimensional mapping (DIM1 / DIM4) integration
  • Segment / business structure changes
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies between systems, ensuring high data accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to deliver end-to-end visibility of financial impact (E&O, liability, margins).

Here is some of what you'll need (required)

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes (E&O, Inventory, Finance integration)
• Experience with ERP (BAAN/LN), MDSS, Snowflake, Tableau/MSTR
• Hands-on in automation (SQL/Python/scripting/UI workflows)
• Strong data analytics, validation, and governance mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in solution design, UAT, and system implementation
