The Senior Warehouse Analyst will be based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

What a typical day looks like:

• Must understand End to End process for whole warehouse operation
• Review & update Work Instruction (WI) for warehouse operation & activities
• Must know Warehouse Baan transaction from Raw materials/ Purchased part receiving, put away, storage, kitting trolley, Issuing, until FG receiving & shipment
• To lead warehouse team & ensure smooth daily operation
• To focus on Baan System Development related warehouse
• To drive warehouse improvement project
• To participate IKW/SGA
• To coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementation
• Ensure continuous improvement & automation to standard warehouse process.
• To work with internal stakeholder (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operation
• To drive cost saving for warehouse related activities & operation
• To upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency
• To optimize warehouse space
• To provide solution when there is any warehouse related issue
• To analysis the root cause & provide Corrective Action if any
• Adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace
• Able to work independently and can rely on to complete task with regular progress updates given by superior/management.
• Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans.
• Ability & flexibility to work long hours when necessary.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.
