To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Solution Manager - Technical Design Architect in Chennai, India.

This role will act as a Technical Design Architect for defining ecosystem integrations and solution designs across master data, UNS, MQTT events, and related digital factory integration capabilities. The role will provide technical direction to ensure scalable, reusable, and well-integrated solutions across the Future Factory landscape.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Define technical design approaches for ecosystem integrations involving master data, UNS structures, MQTT events, APIs, event-driven flows, and connected factory systems.

  • Partner with solution managers, architects, data engineers, delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to validate technical feasibility and integration patterns.

  • Translate business and product needs into scalable technical designs, integration specifications, interface requirements, and solution blueprints.

  • Review solution architecture, data flows, event payloads, integration dependencies, and deployment considerations before development and release.

  • Provide technical guidance during sprint execution, testing, issue resolution, and production stabilization.

  • Promote design standardization, reusable integration patterns, documentation quality, technical governance, and long-term maintainability.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 10+ years overall experience with at least 6+ years in technical architecture, solution design, manufacturing integrations, data platforms, event-driven systems, or similar domains.

  • Strong technical expertise in master data integration, API design, event-driven architecture, MQTT events, UNS concepts, data flows, and enterprise application integration.

  • Experience defining technical design documents, integration specifications, data mapping, interface standards, and architecture decisions.

  • Ability to evaluate technical options, identify risks, guide teams through design trade-offs, and support complex troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders.
