To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Tooling Engineer will be based in Juarez South Site. Reporting directly to Test Engineering Manager Responsible for designing and engineering tooling protocols for molds, jigs and fixtures as required to meet products specifications.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and engineer moderately complex tooling protocols for molds, jigs, and fixtures as per product specifications.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) evaluation.
• Implement cost effective tool design changes.
• Collaborate with other team members to qualification, sampling, and final part approval.
• Provide status reports as per established schedule.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to tool room equipment

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Impacts the medium-term (semi-annual/ annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function. Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies.
• Executes and provides input to functional strategic plans and objectives for site.
• Assists in developing plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience similar position
• English advanced mandatory
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Desirable ASME and 14.5 GD&T.
• Solid Works and NX-Unigraphics
• Strong Knowledge and Experience in CAM
• Molding Process Knowledge
