To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Engineer , the Supplier Quality Engineer  will be responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.

What a typical day looks like:

• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
• Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
• Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications.
• Meetings with CFT.
• Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
• Communication channel with client. (Complaints, solutions). Client point of contact.
• Customer Quality report weekly.
• Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications.
• Customer Quarterly Business Review meetings.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineering Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English.
• Experience preferably in the electronics
• Failure analysis
• Knowledge SMT (PCBA´s processes)
• Knowledge PPAP´s.
• Problem solving methodology (8D, 5Why, Process mapping)
• QCP / FMEA knowledge
• Intermediate Excel
• Client communication experience.
