Job SummaryAt Flex, we believe in the power of great people to create extraordinary outcomes. We are seeking a Recruiter based at our Taiwan Wugu site to support hiring across designated business segments and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, social media platforms, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for technical and engineering talent.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates and market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, employer branding activities, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within multinational corporations, R&D organizations, or technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting passive candidates through direct search, networking, referrals, and digital sourcing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Recruitment agency (headhunter) experience.
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Taiwan's engineering and technology talent market.
- Prior experience recruiting for Cloud Infrastructure, Data Center, Power Electronics, or related R&D functions.
