Provide administrative and analytical support to brokers, carriers, vendors, and third-party administrators, including information gathering, issue tracking, and follow-up. Primary external relationship management and escalations remain with the designated HCM leader.
  • Procedures and Process Improvement. Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, checklists, and administrative controls. Research recurring issues, inefficiencies, and potential compliance risks, and recommend process, system, or automation improvements to HCM leadership.
  • Implementation and Project Support. Assist with approved benefit plan changes, system updates, wellness initiatives, and other benefits projects. Perform other related duties and special projects assigned.
