Summary

At Fusion Academy, we believe education should be as unique as the student. If you thrive at the intersection of relationship‑building, purpose‑driven sales, and student advocacy—and you're energized by helping families find a school where students can truly be themselves—you may be Fusion Academy's next Admissions Coordinator (AC). Whether you're an experienced enrollment professional, a high‑performing customer experience specialist, or early in your career and eager to grow, this role offers meaningful impact, professional development, and the opportunity to change students' lives—one family at a time. At Fusion Academy, we hit targets and touch hearts. If you're motivated by purpose, energized by connection, and excited to help students find a school where they can thrive—you belong here.

About the Role

Admissions Coordinators are the front door to Fusion Academy. As part of our national Admissions Success Team, ACs deliver a warm, concierge‑level experience to every inquiring family while guiding them through the admissions journey. You serve as a trusted advisor—listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and helping families determine whether Fusion is the right academic, social, emotional, and financial fit.

ACs are Fusion ambassadors who combine empathy with accountability. You hit enrollment goals while building authentic connections. You steward every inquiry with urgency, care, and purpose, creating excitement and confidence before handing families off to campus leadership for their next step toward enrollment.
