Sola Academy by Fusion is a private therapeutic day school serving students in grades 6–12 (ages 11–18) with a range of learning differences. We bring together expert educators, individualized academic programming, and integrated social-emotional and therapeutic supports so that every student can thrive. Our model centers personalized mentoring, small-group and 1:1 instruction, and a positive, engaged campus community. Every detail matters here, and as a Homework Café Lead, you will shape a vibrant campus culture by mentoring each student, supporting their social-emotional growth, assist students with independent work, and leading meaningful programs and activities.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee our Homework Café, where students complete assignments and socialize
- Lead student clubs, events, trips, and service projects
- Mentor each student through personalized social-emotional support
- Partner with staff to nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Leadership experience
- Paraprofessional license required, LBS1 certification preferred
- Experience working with middle and high school students
- Passion for student development and social-emotional learning
- A fun, creative personality that makes campus life come alive!

Pay Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
