That's Nice, But What's the Job?

As a Regional Manager, Dealer Strategic Partnerships – GoFi, you'll lead and develop a team of 5–8 Area Managers responsible for driving loan volume growth, dealer engagement, and market expansion across a multi-state region. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, National Sales, you'll execute regional sales strategy, coach performance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional dealer experiences and sustainable production growth.

In long, as a Regional Manager, Dealer Strategic Partnerships – GoFi, you are responsible for:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Area Managers to achieve regional production and growth objectives.

  • Drive accountability through performance management, territory planning, and consistent execution of sales strategies.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Partner with Area Managers on dealer group opportunities, market expansion efforts, and strategic relationship development.

  • Monitor regional performance metrics and leverage data to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate growth.

  • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product, and Dealer Specialists to ensure a best-in-class dealer experience.

  • Serve as the voice of the field by providing market intelligence, dealer feedback, and competitive insights to senior leadership.

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker who balances execution, growth, and long-term market development.

  • Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics and insights to drive results.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a large geographic region.

The Specifics

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of indirect auto finance, automotive, or related sales experience.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing field sales teams preferred.

  • Demonstrated success driving production growth and exceeding performance goals.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, F&I processes, and indirect lending.

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience leading multi-state sales territories.

  • Existing relationships with dealer groups and automotive retail leadership.

  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and building high-performing sales teams.

  • Familiarity with RouteOne, Dealertrack, and indirect auto finance workflows.

  • Experience working within a high-growth fintech or auto finance organization.
