That's why the Senior Manager, LP Programs & Analytics role is critical. In this position, you'll lead assigned enterprise-level initiatives that reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and create safer, more secure environments for our associates and customers. You'll manage your own portfolio of responsibilities while overseeing a Loss Prevention Analyst - building a high-performing team that delivers results. From designing and implementing strategic programs to driving analytics, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll play a key role in shaping solutions that align with our mission to be the best place to work and shop.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives and programs that support more than 1,600 retail locations, distribution centers, corporate operations, and enterprise-wide business objectives.
- Develop and execute assigned enterprise Loss Prevention strategies, multi-year roadmaps and process redesigns that drive operational excellence, risk reduction, enterprise optimization, and growth.
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale projects and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, stakeholder needs, and measurable business results.
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Operations, Store Leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Merchandising, and Safety to support enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies, operational improvements, and business outcomes.
- Lead business intelligence and analytics through KPI development, predictive reporting, performance measurement, and financial analysis to identify opportunities, support business cases, and drive enterprise decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and strategic updates to senior leadership, effectively translating complex data and operational challenges into actionable business decisions.
- Support the development and governance of Loss Prevention policies, standards, and operating frameworks that enhance security, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Field, DC, and Corporate Security leaders to support enterprise physical security and merchandise protection strategies that balance risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performing talent while fostering an engaged, accountable, and results-oriented culture.
- Create, manage and track the annual Loss Prevention budget – including managing invoicing and billing processes for vendors and services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging risks, and innovative technologies to inform strategic planning and enhance enterprise Loss Prevention capabilities.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $126,700 – $190,100 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Education Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of loss prevention experience in the retail or hospitality industries, with 3+ years at a leadership level.

- Business Acumen: Understands financial drivers and operational metrics, applies data analytics to solve business challenges and makes decisions balancing risk, cost, and business impact
- Executive Presence: Communicates effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, translates complex business challenges and data into actionable recommendations, and drives organizational alignment through strategic presentations and communication.
- Subject Matter Expertise: knowledgeable in current policies, practices, trends, technology and information regarding Loss Prevention, retail data, analytics and business intelligence.
- Analytical Ability: able to evaluate and manipulate large, complex data sets and identify critical information. Able to extrapolate information into predicted results based a combination of rigorous logic and intuitive understanding of operational principles.
