This role is responsible for mitigating people-related risk and supporting leaders with employee and labor relations matters. Key duties include providing guidance on corrective action, conflict resolution, accommodations, and policy interpretation; conducting investigations; resolving employee concerns; and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The role also supports labor contract interpretation, grievance handling, and labor-related initiatives while helping maintain positive workplace relationships.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4-6 years in human resources, preferably, employee relations, or closely related field;
- Counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures and federal and state employment and labor laws.
- Ability to identify issues
This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the posted office.
