This Position Is Responsible For The Overall Oversight And Strategy Of The Uat Team. Responsible For The Project Uat End To End And Complete Oversight Of Integration Of All Systems, Impacts, And Ongoing In Flight Projects. Responsible For Handling All Uat Escalation And Governance. Serving As A Mentor For Entire Team. Maintaining Knowledge Of Existing And New Testing Methodologies, Techniques And Tool. Responsible For Project Intake And Estimations And Resource Assignment. Providing Support To Uat Testers For Technical And Analytics Escalations. Providing Updates And Reports To Sr Leadership And Project Teams.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years testing experience OR 8 years testing experience.
* Interpersonal & presentation skills.
* Project leadership experience.
* Experience with usability testing.
* Experience with data analytics and reporting.
* Experience with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
* Knowledge with testing methodologies.
* Experience with test reporting and trend analysis.
* Detail oriented.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of medical and industry terminology.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience meeting deadlines.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* Experience with test automation.
