This position is responsible for acting as an internal Human Resources partner by delivering comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to the functional areas of the organization in support of key business strategies. This role includes managing and mentoring members of the HR Liaison team, providing strategic and tactical human resources support for assigned business units, and managing relationships with key leaders within the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Journey teams while ensuring consistent application of policies and programs. This position is responsible for providing consultation and direction to all leaders within the organization to ensure compliant, fair and sound outcomes are reached; while serving as an advocate to employees.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business experience performing in an HR generalist role or similar relevant experience or 9 years of business experience performing an HR generalist role or relevant HR experience.
- 1 year of management or leadership experience managing, leading and developing employees
- Strategic and critical thinker with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable about federal, state and local labor laws related to employment and marketplace HR trends
- Expert interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proven consulting skills to influence business decisions
- Strong ability to effectively challenge business leader, if needed
- Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a business case by analyzing situations, making sound decisions, anticipating obstacles and developing alternative courses of action.
- Effective in developing trust and building partnerships at the Division/Business unit level
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coach, consult, influence and persuade management at all levels
- PC proficient in Office 365 products
- Exceptional collaboration skills and an ability to develop strong working partnerships to achieve a shared goal
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and effectively juggle multiple, sometimes competing priorities
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or relevant major
- HR certification: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
- Hybrid work arrangement requires 3 days working in the office.

Compensation: $90,900.00 - $164,200.00
