BASIC FUNCTION HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Corporate Protection team!! This position is responsible for implementing, overseeing and ensuring that all safety and security programs/issues/regulations are in accordance with federal, state and local laws as well as supervising the day-to-day operations of assigned facility. Responsible for activities in coordination with facilities, human resources, legal, public affairs, and other departments at multiple assigned HCSC locations. Additional tasks to include security and safety awareness, security force management, risk assessments, internal security reporting, alarm and access control, and crisis management. NOTE: sponsorship is not available and relocation will not be offered. Incumbent would need to be available five days per week (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) and on call 24/7 in order to effectively respond to emergencies requiring immediate attention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of college courses in Business or Law Enforcement and 5 years' security and safety experience OR 8 years' security and safety experience.
  • 2 years' experience in a security supervisory role, as a commander in the military or in law enforcement.
  • Experience with physical and logical security systems.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative yet proactive approach with the ability to anticipate and minimize roadblocks through understanding and partnership.
  • Project management ability and MS Office knowledge, risk modeling and presentation skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or Security Management.
  • Certifications in physical security, such as PSP, CPP, or PCI.

NOTE:   sponsorship is not available and relocation will not be offered.  Incumbent would need to be available five days per week (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) and on call 24/7 in order to effectively respond to emergencies requiring immediate attention.

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
