Calling all administrative professionals! Our Art/Creative Department is looking for an Administrative Assistant to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions for assigned projects and processes. Work in a creative and collaborative environment as you support our Managers and unique Department!

What you will do:
- Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and keep Managers on track for meetings and events
- Ensure Managers are up to date, organized, and prepared with all information needed to kickoff, track progress of, and meet objectives for projects, processes, and events
- Assist in meeting, special event, and project planning preparation, organization, and execution
- Gather, track, record, organize, and share information and assets with strong attention to detail
- Conduct research, complete projects, and prepare reports and files in a timely manner
- Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
- Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
- Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines
- Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skills
- Proficient Mac skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience
- InDesign experience helpful
- Budget experience helpful
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle required
