In this position you will source, recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain artistic and creative professionals from across the world for employment in Hobby Lobby's Art/Creative Department! You will get the opportunity to partner with Leadership and other Team stakeholders to find the best-of-the-best talent to fill a wide-range of exciting roles including Graphic Designers, Designer/Stylists, Photographers, Photo Editors, Writers, and more!

• Maintain and execute an understanding of recruiting, training and process improvement 
• Full-cycle recruiting including seeking out and maintaining university and staffing agency relations 
• Ensure files are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately
• Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
• Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
• Adhere and adapt to multiple internal processes with a high level of attention to detail
• Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines

• Professional recruiting experience required 
• Experience working on a close-knit team 
• Experience partnering with universities and staffing agencies helpful 
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite helpful 
• Proficient Mac Skills 
• Experience in Microsoft Office
