Description
Full-Time International Import Assistants enjoy:
- Starting wage of $19.25 an hour
- Monday through Friday work week
- In-Office hours of 8-5 every day
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and procedure updates
- Conduct research compiling findings and data in spreadsheets and portals
- Supply Chain mapping
- Create and disseminate Import Alerts – regulatory changes, etc.
- Assist with deep dive and procedural audits
- Participate in special projects
- General clerical duties: copying, printing, filing, and scanning documents, etc.
- Correspond with internal & external business partners
- Cross-curricular duties to assist other members of the International team
- Record information on several software platforms

- Ability to learn and adapt to various web-based reporting tools
- Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:

- High school diploma or general education degree
