RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.  Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established standards.    Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules. Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and builds models for client/project team review. Compiles data and performs elementary design computations. Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research. Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred. 3 to 5 years of architecture work experience. Ability to work in team environment. Ability to communicate effectively; in presentations and writing   Proficiency in Revit required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Sketch-UP, Rhino preferred.  Candidates should be knowledgeable and committed to Sustainable Design solutions. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Putonghua preferred. #LI-OW1
