Description
We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards. Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established standards. Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules. Compiles data and performs elementary design computations. Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research. Reports to Project Architect/Project Designer. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree in Architecture preferred. 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required. Proficiency in Revit and strong technical abilities required. Fluent in both spoken and written English required. US project experience preferred. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred. LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment. #LI-OW1
