Oversees the maintenance#and day to day operations of the building as a working supervisor.# # Maintains day to day operations and cleanliness of the building.# Performs minor repairs and identifies potential areas of improvement. Escalates daily maintenance issues such as leaky pipes, elevator problems and HVAC unit failures Maintains security log for parking violations and unusual occurrences, working in conjunction with HMC security Troubleshoot issues with owners, tenants, vendors and visitors Assist visitors as needed Check for burned out light bulbs in halls, stairways and entries Sweep/vacuum floors, wash stairwells and#stairs as needed Clean glass doors daily To perform Trash Rounds daily. This includes regular trash, bio-hazardous waste and outside entry trash; to regularly empty #trash in dumpster, and bring bio waste to the bio room in the basement To maintain gardens around the building in the Spring, Summer and Fall; weed, prune and do seasonal plantings, especially in the northeast planter.
