This position is based in primarily in Easthampton MA.#Duties include performing blood collection procedures on inpatients, outpatients, and home care patients of all ages including newborns and children.##This is at an offsite location and includes a rotation at the Medical Center.# Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in the use of computers; reliable transportation; two years of hospital phlebotomy experience including registering patients, or completion of phlebotomy training at an approved school Applicants must have: A passion for caring about a community through quality work in a stand-alone hospital lab. A drive to learn new practices to be able to adapt to our rapidly growing test menu. A willingness to offer new ideas to the team to help with our culture of continuous improvement.
