Description
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our Intensive Behavioral Student Services team to support children with special needs in a Kansas City, KS school. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position which will support classrooms at one assigned school location. Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB
- At least 2-3 years working with individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and experience implementing interventions, FBAs and PBIPs
- Prior experience working as an RBT or paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
Duties:
- Responsible for implementation of interventions, FBA's and BIPs
- Will be assigned to one classroom and will work to support the classroom and individual student needs
- Provide direct services and data collection under the direction of the Program Supervisor/BCBA
