We are looking for Special Education Teacher Case Managers to join our dynamic team in Fremont, CA for the 2025-2026 school year, and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey! This position is open to onsite or hybrid model for services!

• Develop, implement, and monitor progress for student IEPs across classrooms serving moderate to severe student population
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans that classroom teams (teachers, paras, behavioral support staff) can implement to meet the academic and educational needs of students
• Utilize specialized teaching strategies and tools to enhance learning and engagement for students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate closely with long term substitutes, general education teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to promote student success and integration into broader educational settings
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
  
  

Qualifications:  

• Must hold a California Teaching Credential, Education Specialist with Moderate to Severe or ESN (Extensive Support Needs) specialty
• Experience working with children in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs   
• Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution preferred
