Position Overview: Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s growth and success. As a strategic partner, you’ll support management in attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring our HR practices align with business goals. You’ll oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, set objectives for the HR team, and help shape our employer brand strategy. This role requires regular use of HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and offers the opportunity to champion a positive company culture and high employee engagement.
Location: This role is an on-site role responsible for covering White Haven, PA and Frackville, PA sites. Main location will be based out of White Haven, PA.
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, and 12pm-8:30pm on Wednesdays, with the potential for after-hours emergencies (0%-5%). Flexibility is required, and this schedule is not negotiable.
Compensation: Attractive base salary $95,000-$110,000 plus yearly bonus with benefits including PTO, company holidays, sick time, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
Travel: 50% travel to any ID Logistics site across the US based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting policies, and resolving workplace issues.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and identify trends and solutions.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including high-volume hourly and salaried talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, improvement plans, and coaching opportunities for all levels of staff.
- Advise on organizational policy matters (e.g., equal employment opportunity, harassment), recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Make recommendations on compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Manage complex staffing challenges, including understaffing, mediating disputes, handling terminations, and administering disciplinary actions.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local and state requirements.
- Utilize HRIS tools to analyze metrics and prepare reports for senior management on HR trends and opportunities.
- Champion initiatives that promote a positive company culture and high employee engagement, using surveys and targeted programs.
- Act as a mentor and leader to other HR staff, including HR Business Partners and HR Generalists across different company verticals.
- Enforce and follow all company safety rules, including Good Manufacturing Practices, and report noncompliance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role, with a proven track record of managing HR functions and teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience within an HR function, overseeing direct reports.
- Fully fluent and bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with HR Management Software, payroll systems, and ATS; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions to complex HR issues.
- Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and handle after-hours challenges as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MSc) in HR or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse industries.
- Experience with ADP Workforce HRIS.
