About the Role:


We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our distribution center team in Allentown. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our customers, warehouse operations, and office staff to help ensure smooth shipping, accurate billing, and a positive customer experience every day.

Work Location: On-site


Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift 6:30am-3:00pm with the ability to work before and after scheduled hours depending on needs of the business


Travel Specifics: 0%-5%

Job Description:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, special requests, and shipment updates.

  • Process and review billing and invoicing with accuracy and tight turnaround times.

  • Partner with warehouse and distribution center staff to manage shipping, receiving, and order accuracy.

  • Resolve discrepancies related to billing, shipments, or product issues by working with customers and internal teams.

  • Maintain daily communication (email, phone, in-person) with customers, team members, and management.

  • Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and office functions regarding invoicing, credits, and account administration.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety standards.

  • Support a positive, customer-focused culture through problem-solving and teamwork.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3+ year of experience in customer service, logistics, distribution, or related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in a warehouse/distribution or 3PL environment.

  • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or ERP/WMS systems.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
