Position Overview:

The Network Quality Manager is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and quality standards across multiple high-volume eCommerce fulfillment facilities within the ID Logistics network.


This role partners closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions that strengthen inventory integrity and operational processes across the network.


This role requires a hands-on, operations-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environments and is energized by working directly with site teams to improve processes and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to engage directly with teams on the warehouse floor while driving network-wide quality initiatives.


Location:

White Haven, PA (onsite)


Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday Days with flexibility based on operational needs


Travel Specifics:

Up to 50% travel required to support multiple facilities across the network


Competitive Compensation:

Attractive annual salary of $125,000 – $140,000 plus a performance-based bonus


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive network-wide inventory accuracy and quality standards across multiple fulfillment operations




  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs related to inventory integrity, defect reduction, and process compliance




  • Identify operational trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance




  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, operational efficiency, and standardization across multiple facilities




  • Partner with site operations teams to strengthen inventory control, cycle counting, and quality assurance programs




  • Conduct operational audits and site assessments to ensure adherence to established operational and quality standards




  • Work directly with operations leadership and teams on the warehouse floor to support process execution and operational consistency




  • Support network initiatives that improve accuracy, compliance, and operational performance across sites




  • Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and regulatory requirements, including hazardous materials handling and safety standards where applicable




  • Use operational data and reporting tools to evaluate performance trends and support decision-making




  • Maintain strong collaboration with operations, engineering, safety, and customer teams across the network

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume eCommerce fulfillment or distribution center operations.

  • Strong experience managing inventory accuracy, defect reduction, and operational KPIs.

  • Proven ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.

  • Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.

  • Comfortable working both strategically and directly with operations teams on the warehouse floor.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across operations, engineering, and support teams.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale, technology-enabled fulfillment environments supporting major eCommerce platforms.

  • Experience with Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) handling and compliance.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or network operations.
