Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced office receptionist that will support all administrative task at our US Administrative Building as well as clerical tasks within our purchasing department. The office receptionist will be integral in daily administrative tasks at the admin building including signing in guests, ensuring entry for package delivery, setting up travel profiles for new hires and job candidates, and performing purchasing tasks as needed.
Work Schedule: Day Shift 8AM- 5PM, hourly may vary based on business needs
Location: Scranton, PA, Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days Remote
Competitive Compensation: Hourly compensation of $18.00 - $20.00. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors to our administrative office including interview candidates, clients, and office staff
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Make announcements about office-wide events
- Be able to utilize tools for internal office communication (Outlook, Teams)
- Be able to utilize document editing programs to create announcements (Office suite, Canva)
- Assist the purchasing department with clerical and data organization tasks
- Work closely with the purchasing department to reconcile vendor accounts
- Assist office personnel with administrative tasks as they arise

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with internal office communication software (Outlook, Teams)
- Computer skills in MS Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail
- 6 months experience office administration or purchasing
- Ability to professionally work with clients, vendors, and visitors
