Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage products and materials using electric pallet jack.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Daily, inspect assigned electric pallet jack.
- Operate electric pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
- Efficiently stack and locate picked products to the appropriate areas.
- Pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are picked.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
- Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service.
- Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
- Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Location: On-site, Austell, GA
Schedule: 1st Shift
Compensation: $18.50 hourly

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
