We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities, helping to improve their quality of life, and ensuring they maintain their independence for as long as possible.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
- Administer medication as instructed and monitor the client's health condition.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with family members and healthcare providers regarding client care.
- Document and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to supervisory staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
