Your impact 

The Senior Program Control Analyst develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. You will monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance to ensure contractual obligations are met, and responsible for the associated inventory and prepaid reconciliations.


What you will do 

  • Manage overall project financials to include forecasting, accruals, and invoice tracking
  • Work with BU Finance and Project Managers to track project profitability
  • Review invoices and assist AP with proper coding
  • Track and reconcile inventory, prepaids and other associated accounts
  • Perform all program control related duties to include ensuring all revenue and costs are accurate and preparing financial deliverables to management and other stakeholders
  • Assist with multiple program/projects by monitoring progress and quality, managing issue resolution, recommending corrective action, and developing ad-hoc client deliverables
  • Provide program control support for monthly close activities to include variance analysis for revenue, gross profit, contribution margin and reporting to leadership teams 
  • Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC)
  • Support project and contract set up activities

 Your required experience/skills 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a major in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of finance or accounting experience with a focus on billing & revenue, cost, and U.S. GAAP compliance
  • Experience managing, coordinating, and facilitating a team's efforts effectively and efficiently in multiple contract environments (i.e., Time and Material, Firm Fixed Price)
  • Experience tracking, monitoring, reporting, standardizing, and overseeing project cost, schedule, and performance measures
  • Experience with government contracts and their CLIN structure, required.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills required
  • This role is subject to ITAR/EAR; candidates must be a US Person (this includes US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Individual such as an asylee or refugee)
