Senior Director, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations – Remote

The Senior Director, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations is responsible for architecting, modernizing, and optimizing a scalable, intent-driven demand engine across the Wisetail and Alchemy product portfolio. This leader will build the systems, processes, and programs that generate measurable pipeline impact while elevating marketing operations, data governance, and events integration.
What you'll do:Lead the design and execution of the demand generation strategy across People Assurance brands, aligned to net-new, retention, and upsell revenue goals.
Shift the organization from activity-based marketing to a pipeline-first mindset, emphasizing sourced and influenced revenue.
Oversee multi-channel program development—including paid media, email, webinars, ABM, content syndication, and intent-based programs—through internal teams and agency partners.
Use AI-driven and automated tools to improve targeting, segmentation, and orchestration.
Build and launch ABM programs leveraging platforms such as 6sense to prioritize high-potential accounts, tailor plays, and support sales follow-up.
Modernize the buyer journey with programs that drive awareness, consideration, deal acceleration, and retention.
Lead marketing operations governance across Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite while ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and consistent reporting.
Partner closely with RevOps on lifecycle definitions, lead scoring, funnel integrity, and cross-functional alignment.
Oversee virtual and in-person events, ensuring all programs integrate directly into the demand strategy and are measured against pipeline generation.
Manage, coach, and develop a small team of demand generation and marketing operations specialists, while identifying skill gaps and scaling capability.
Define strategy and expectations for external agency partners, holding them accountable to performance and pipeline outcomes.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience supporting enterprise or multi-brand businesses ($100M+), with demonstrated success leading demand generation and marketing operations.
Proven expertise with automation-driven demand strategies, ABM programs, digital channels, CRM integration, and revenue attribution.
Strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks and platforms including 6sense (or equivalent intent platforms), HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
Experience managing internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable pipeline results.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and process improvements.
Exceptional cross-functional communication and alignment skills across Sales, Product, and Finance.
This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar field.
Experience supporting multiple brands or business units within a shared-services marketing structure.
Prior leadership experience transforming traditional or siloed marketing motions into integrated, revenue-connected engines.
Familiarity with modern attribution models, RevOps methodologies, and advanced data governance frameworks.
