Manager, Supply Chain Management – United States/Remote

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional who is passionate about helping clients deliver their projects on time and on budget. Our clients represent some of the largest developers, utilities, and independent power producers in the world. There is not a lot of travel required, but you may get the chance to see countries on the other side of the globe. If this sounds interesting, please read on to see if you are qualified.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with high value customers as a project lead for solar and/or storage procurement while providing them guidance on current technology and purchasing trends
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create tailored, high-quality analyses and deliverables related to the procurement of solar and storage equipment and solar-related equipment
- Draft and administer RFI/RFP/RFQ for solar or storage equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create tailored, high-quality deliverables and scopes of work
- Support high value customers with ad-hoc procurement and procurement-related needs in the solar and storage industries
- Develop and manage a database of solar and storage suppliers

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years working in procurement roles within solar and/or storage
- Demonstrated interest in client facing and consultative services in international markets
- Travel will be required from time to time to visit clients, attend tradeshows, or host supplier tours
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record is required.
- This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will possess a degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or some other relevant discipline
- Ideal candidates have worked for solar developers or EPCs in a procurement role
- Ability to speak a foreign language that is prevalent in the solar industry
