What You Will Get To Do: 

The Contract Administrator will support the administration and execution of contracts across the Global Technical Services (GTS) business areas.  The role will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Account Managers, Legal and Finance to support growth, strategic transactions, and delivery for our clients.

  • Draft, review and process contracts, amendments and renewals

  • Assist with process signing, distribution, storage and retrieval of contract and other documents pursuant to SS&C policy and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organizational standards

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve contract related issues

  • Support audit and reporting requirements

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration and enhance operational efficiency

 What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years in contract administration or similar role

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Sales, Legal and Finance

  • Interface with customers, colleagues, management and project stakeholders as needed, to ensure overall project success

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and contract management software (e.g DocuSign)

  • Proficiency in data analytics platforms, such as Tableau, desirable

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished interpersonal presence

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Understands financial markets (e.g. M&A, Corporate, Loans, Asset Management, Private Equity, etc.)
