What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience conducting assessments and developing ABA-based interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Washington public schools, clinics, or early-intervention programs
- Familiarity with WAC 392-172A and Washington IEP/MTSS frameworks Prior supervision experience
- Background supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
