We have immediate opportunities for an Active Directory Security (Entra ID/ADFS/PKI) Engineer (must be a French Speaker) with a strong AD Security background (ADFS/PKI) to join our team working as a Customer Engineer (CE's). Positions are full time, salaried roles offering comprehensive benefits. CE's are responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Active Directory Security services assisting customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
Canadian Citizenship Required
Salary Range: CAD 125,000 – CAD 150,000
Location: Toronto, CA
Travel: CE's are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams
Primary work includes:
- Standard Product Work Shops - Training
- In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
- Health Checks / Assessments
- Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
- Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
- Systems Performance Reviews
- Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management
The Experience you'll need to excel in the role:
- 5 + years of experience in Active Directory, ADFS, PKI, and Security Entra ID / Active Directory
- Securing Privileged Access
- Entra ID Connect Server - Setup and Upgrades
- On-Prem Active Directory
- Active Directory Federation Services
- Microsoft Entra ID Business to Business (B2B)
- Microsoft Entra ID - with Zero Trust Experience
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection
- Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management
- Microsoft Purview Privileged Access Management
- Microsoft Purview Audit
- Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager
- Microsoft Purview eDiscovery
